Methodology Publishing House

We publish frameworks for people who build things that matter. Not thought leadership for its own sake. Not content marketing dressed as philosophy. Original decision science, execution methodology, and governance architecture — each one named, versioned, and built to work in the real world.

Every framework in this catalogue was forged from operational necessity. They exist because existing thinking couldn’t solve a specific problem. They are not theoretical. They are not borrowed. They are tools for the sovereign mind.

Ilios (Ηλιος) is the Greek word for sun — the force that illuminates, radiates, and makes truth visible. What the vault holds, the sun reveals.

TSSK

Truth → Structure → Sovereignty → Knowledge

A sequential decision making framework that inverts the standard approach to strategy. Most frameworks begin with goals and work backward. TSSK begins with verified reality and works forward. The sequence is non-negotiable: skip a phase, and the output is invalid.

“Strategy without structure is wishful thinking. Structure without truth is bureaucracy.”

K²OK²S

The Execution Razor — Kill Scope, Kill Doubt, One Path, Kill Friction, Kill Polish, Ship

For founders who decide well but ship poorly. Five systematic eliminations, then delivery. Produces a “Kill Count” — the number of things removed before shipping. Enters the intellectual lineage alongside Occam’s Razor, Hanlon’s Razor, and Hitchens’s Razor.

“What can be killed before shipping, must be killed before shipping.”

Option E

The Reframe Architecture

When all presented options are suboptimal, most people pick the least bad. Option E questions the framing itself — it changes the question, not just the answer. Not compromise. Reframe.

“Option E isn’t always available. Seeking it when it doesn’t exist is The Loop.”

Signal Status

Information Quality Classification

Four levels of information quality: Verified Signal, Probable Signal, Candidate Signal, and Noise. All information gets treated equally by default — but most of it is noise. This framework creates a shared vocabulary for distinguishing the two. All signals degrade over time.

Instrument Intelligence

The Correct Human-AI Relationship

AI is an instrument, not an authority. A hammer doesn’t decide what to build. A telescope doesn’t decide what to observe. AI doesn’t decide what to decide. Occupies a new position between AI worship and AI fear — the “tool, not friend” stance.

The Pantheon Layer

Archetype-as-Governance Codec

Named symbolic entities with explicit scope, power, and blind spots assigned to specific governance functions. Myth as compression codec — not decoration. Makes complex decision governance portable, memorable, and enforceable.

“Naming creates buildability. Symbol without authority is decoration. Authority without boundaries is corruption.”
